• Jane Rogers - The Testament of Jessie Lamb (Sandstone Press)
• Charles Stross - Rule 34 (Orbit)
• Sheri S. Tepper - The Waters Rising (Gollancz)

 The award will be presented on 2 May. The recipient receives a cheque for £2012.
